3. Define & create internal Design Lab - set up an internal functional design lab from zero in one year. This meant establishing the lab's processes, assembling capable team from internal re-skilled employees and managing relationships with stakeholders. My role involved also identifying projects, prioritising them and making sure they were done right. Fro 4 to 8 people in one year and a fully functional, capable and confident team, it was one big accomplishment 🚀.

Worked closely with the business, products and development teams, responsible for the information architecture, interaction design, wireframing and prototyping, research and interface for all processes and new functionalities delivered through this channel (all screens).

Onboarded in the ING International Talent Programme (IITP), a global four years traineeship of ING, where international graduates are attracted, selected, onboarded and developed using a clearly defined and internationally aligned framework. The primary goal of the IITP is  to attract graduates that are best in class, committed to the programme and aspire to further grow into a leadership position within ING in the future.

Getting acquainted with the organizational structure and culture of ING, familiarize with the company’s business lines in order to have a holistic understanding of the banking system. Broaden knowledge and expertise guided by the best ING professionals and top management.

Being involved in various projects, such product testing and development, designing a demo package for non clients through which they would experience the products and services of ING for a limited period of time.

Kickstarting Morph, a tech startup, aiming to change the way companies generate solutions and ideas internally, in a post pandemic, remote working world.

As a consultant, previously, I combined my efforts in two main directions: 
1. Helping companies with product strategy and design 
2. Growing people in product and strategy design & creating business driven design teams

I also coordinated the creation of digital products in companies as Vodafone, ING Bank and Electronic Arts, where from 2017 to 2019, she led the Romanian UX team for the world’s football game, FIFA. Former UX Google Developer Expert.
 
I left the corporate world to dedicate my full time as an entrepreneur, growing Design Thinking Society, a boutique innovation & design consultancy agency, that I co-founded in 2017 and built up 2020.

Sometimes I speak at conferences and podcast about design, tech and building products.

It’s an incredible journey.

🔹  We’ve been moving crazy fast for the last half of year. 🏎  Not that the previous hasn’t been speedy, but this time, speed and acceleration have pushed us to levels we didn’t even know we had!

🔹  We’re soon launching the super fast and best #curation engine powered by #AI. 🧠.

🔹  We’ve already launched #newfeatures, such as having an ideation session with even 3000 people in only 20 min in Idea Morph, guided by Morph itself, of course. A-ma-zing, right?

🔹 We haven’t even had the time to talk about the incredible journey with Salt Bank, which, in case you didnt hear, it was a #blast 🤘 🤘 🤘
      🔶 more than 5000 ideas, 
      🔶 from more than 2000 amazing customers, 
      🔶 in only 2 weeks, 
      🔶 in a co-creation community called Founders Community, proudly powered by Idea Morph.
