Navigating change is a complex journey that requires a broad spectrum of knowledge and expertise. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) endorsed by the International Coach Federation (ICF), I bring a multifaceted approach to guiding individuals and organizations through transformation. My approach seamlessly combines three fundamental areas: 1️⃣ Leadership Coaching: I have dedicated over 1500 billable hours to coaching individuals and teams, harnessing their innate potential to maximize their performance and achieve their goals. I leverage my credentials as a Genos International Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and Certified EI Assessor for Leaders to offer an empathetic, human-centric approach to coaching. 2️⃣ Agile Methodologies: With over seven years of experience in Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Scrum@Scale, SAFe 5.1, and Kanban, I've honed my skills to facilitate efficient workflow processes. I'm also a Certified Agile Coach. I have participated in four Agile, complex transformations, navigating common obstacles and facilitating successful transitions, which enhances my proficiency in guiding teams in complicated environments. 3️⃣ Facilitation, Mentoring, and Teaching: I've completed two team coaching training programs under EMCC global programs and serve as an International Coach Supervisor under the ICF program. Coupled with my mentoring experience from the EMCC's mentoring program and Certified Scrum Trainer from Scrum Inc, I can adeptly bridge knowledge gaps and empower people to acquire new skills. Recently, due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, I've had to rebuild my life in Israel. This experience has strengthened my resilience, adaptability, and understanding of transformation, allowing me to better empathize and guide others through similar challenges.
