FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022

Organized and managed a 24/7 bus operation transporting World Cup fans entering Qatar from Saudi Arabian (Abu Samra) border to Doha during the tournament, with capacity of up to 4000 pax per hour, up to 600 buses and over 1500 drivers on peak days. Dealt with multiple responsibilities such as live bus monitoring and routes, hiring and training over 350 workforce, planning, reports, accidents management, etc. Worked inside Mowasalat - Qatar’s official transportation company.
