In short: create new Adidas products from empty sketch paper to products on store shelves. Being responsible for everything in between together with a cross functional team of designers, developers, and product marketeers.


Responsibilities:
- Create consumer winning products within Franchises & Concepts based on category strategy  
- Suggest/ Manage range offer and size within agreed Range target
- Propose Target FOB & RRP setting and creation of the product brief 
- Support seasonal Product strategy alignment within BU
- Drive the yearly/seasonal BU x-functional product creation process
- Ensure achievement of financial targets and results for Range/Concept offer
- Identify, address and escalate business critical topics on product/concept level 
- Implementation of horizontal Brand initiatives and technologies on product/concept level
- Advise and support process and work dynamics for continuous improvement
- Support Key Market and Key Account interaction (CTC & markets)
- Raise specific business related issues on volume allocation, monitor capacities & provide market    prioritization clarity (CTC , GSP & Planning, GOPS)
- Advise relevant asset business and product plan (Brand Management, Comms, CTC & SPOMA)

Jr. Global Product Marketing Manager - Performance Accessories & Gear - Business Unit Training

In short: assist and support the Accessories & Gear business unit to create new products from empty sketch paper to products on store shelves.


Responsibilities:
- Understand the full Product Marketing process within the Business Unit Accessories from product creation to product presentation
- Worked within a cross-functional team (design, development, marketing)
- Conducted monthly  competitor researches
- Assisted in preparing milestone meetings
- Conducted monthly trend reports
- Assisted the team in the product creation process 
- Mastered various systems (MP, DMT, ACS, FLEX)
- Led the continuous improvement project (KPIs)
- Created an extensive intern guide including all system processes, logic of the Cross Functional team etc.

- Assisted in tracking and monitoring the European sports marketing strategy
- Analyzed European marketing budgets
- Assisted in developing and monitoring European marketing plans
- Coordinated and communicated with PUMA’s local European offices
- Assisted to implement international campaigns and strategic localization by consistently 
-  Assisted with implementation of international campaigns and strategic localization by consistently communicating with both international and local European offices and identifying their needs
- Drafted performance reports for social media platforms for various European countries
- Conducted monthly competitor reports


Main responsibilities

- Assisted the EA Client team with managing the under the line marketing of EA Games  
- Managed supplier and client relationships  
- Managed multi-lingual translation projects  
- Assisted in establishing internal processes and procedures 
- Kept the client updated about running projects and projects in the pipeline
- Liaison with suppliers for delivery of master files and proofs 
- Following up with clients or creative agencies to retrieve assets required in the smooth running of projects 
- To assist Project Executives with the localisation of marketing collateral; liaising with translators and the client's local country managers to track and chase for feedback and approvals of translations 
- Collecting input from AM and briefing the team (internal), responsible for uploading assets and Meta data to the online campaign management tool.  Monitoring the progress of the work and checking that it has been completed correctly
