I've been lucky enough to have a 15+ year career working in some of the top marketing agencies in the world including 360i (Dentsu Aegis) and Ogilvy & Mather UK. During my network agency career, I led global digital transformation initiatives for HSBC, Nestle, Intel, and FIFA, amongst other blue-chip clients. And then I spent 3 years helping some of the fastest-growing venture-backed B2B SaaS companies in the world with their growth marketing and digital transformation initiatives. In my time, I've managed, trained, and developed teams of 20+ individuals across 11+ countries. I've learned a thing or two about leadership and building high-performance teams along the way. I come from the tech world but my focus is the people using the tech. So when the marketing and tech industry layoffs started happening regularly post-COVID, I found myself obsessed with figuring out what the future of work looks like for millions of people just like me. I spoke to as many people as I could across industries ranging from marketing, B2B SaaS, hospitality, tourism, airlines, F&B, and banking.
