Data literate professional, qualified to Masters level, a Chartered Engineer (FIMechE) and Lean Sigma Master Blackbelt, trained in Data Science to level 7. I have a demonstrated history of working in both public and private sectors, in health, finance, engineering (including battery welding), logistics and supply chain. Skilled in Process Improvement, Implementation Design, Training and Coaching. Strong Operations Professional with BSc (hons) from Southampton and MSc from Cranfield. I sit on BSi’s standards MS6 committee for Six Sigma and actively participate in forming and reviewing our industry standards. In 2015 I project lead the development of ISO 18404. I head up the implementation of Six Sigma as part of the Unipart Way, training and coaching others to apply Lean and Six Sigma to drive improvements. I lead our Blackbelt expert community of practice, delivering benefits back to the Group. In 2021 I championed the development of our internal Blackbelt programme into a successful Level 6 Improvement Leader apprenticeship (in partnership with ARU).
