Requirements to complete course include reading “How to Win Friends and Influence People”, “Fanatical Prospecting”, and “SPIN Selling". Understand and demonstrate basic knowledge on subjects such as sales basics (time management, sales terminology, organization structure, ICP, and buyer personas), sales process (sales cycles, prospecting, researching, cadence, spin, and bant), sales skills (cold calling/cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach), and sales technology (Salesforce & HubSpot CRM, Salesloft, ZoomInfo). Passing score of 90% for modules/quizzes necessary to advance in each section, followed by a proctored course final.

As a PSS at Schneider Electric, I am responsible for managing the bid board calendar for commercial, industrial, and residential projects within the Raleigh territory, whilst assisting the sales team by quoting electrical gear and submitting price authorizations for distributor quote requests received and proposal preparation. 

Additionally, I lead channel-led business cadence calls with partnered distributors to provide GSC, expedites, and plant health report updates. 

Lastly I engage with SE's channel led projects team to provide support for order modifications, SPAs, change orders, RMAs, etc during the post-order conversion stage of the sales cycle. 

I am passionate about applying my project support experience, organization and communication skills to deliver value to Schneider Electric and partners.
