There is no bigger buzz for me than seeing a person grow to be the very best version of themselves simply because I’ve helped them see things in a different way. I possess a natural talent in building relationships with people. I appreciate that doesn’t give me credibility to ‘practice my trade’ so I have underpinned what comes naturally, with skills and knowledge through professional education. I am a qualified coach, Certificated in DISC, Qualified and experienced MBTi practitioner and also an accomplished and accredited Master Practitioner in NLP. But what does that mean to people I work with? It means, I help them: • Discover solutions to their challenges (and opportunities!), • Become self-aware both of their strengths and identify areas of opportunity to develop and grow • Improve their interactions with others, and be more satisfied with their business relationships, through personality profiling During my working life, I’ve had great people around me who gave me the chance to pursue what I’m passionate about. I practice what I preach and constantly seek advice, guidance and feedback from others so that I can continue to improve which ensures my clients get the best too. One of my biggest motivators is working with individuals in 1-to-1 coaching sessions. To hear the words from a coaching client “I can now do this” and see that person bloom as a result of our interventions is the best result for me. I don’t DO anything TO anyone, I merely guide them on their own journey to their chosen destination using my 25+ years knowledge and skills.
