Lead an initiative to get 10-20% of the caseload into concurrent enrollment for the spring semester and provide high school credit for micro-creditionals provided by Major Clarity. 

22-23, Caseload increased 40% when training a partner teacher and 2 advocates on our processes

21-22, Caseload increased 200% while maintaining an average of 85% or above attendance rate to improve the school’s revenue to hire 7 additional staff positions
