Passionate former educator currently pursuing a Psychology degree at Southern New Hampshire University (projected graduation in March 2024). True crime enthusiast with a keen interest in mental health, parenting, and education. Continuously striving to be a better human every day. I hold an A.A.S. in Dental Assisting from Miller-Motte College, bringing experience in general dentistry, pediatrics, and oral surgery, along with medical office and intake expertise. Transitioning to Early Childhood Education in North Carolina, I accumulated 12 years of experience. I ran a successful at-home daycare during COVID shutdowns, caring for and tutoring up to 10 children. Experienced in training, mentoring, and managing childcare providers, I earned a certificate in Business Management from Cape Fear Community College and became a certified Postpartum Doula through ProDoula. In diverse roles, I served as Customer Relations Manager at PlatinumSitters, excelling in marketing and recruiting with a team of 200 sitters and 2000 clients. I implemented a childcare program for Elevate Cworking in Wilmington, NC, and served as an intake coordinator at Stillpoint Counseling and Wellness. Currently, while completing my Bachelors in Psychology, I am contributing as a contracted HR Assistant with SAS Institute, combining my passion for HR work with a strong, diverse work history.
