Senior Director, Commercial Operations

Sodexo's global healthcare leadership team manages the strategy and outcomes for the multi-billion dollar global segment, across multiple service lines. We work to promote quality of life for clients, consumers and our teams at the thousands of organizations we support.
Used Agile methodology to drive vision and execution roadmap of all marketing operations across Sodexo’s previously siloed $5Bn in global business and 15 team leaders, across 7 regions. In this role, I directly led the North America 8 person team over a 15 month period between hiring of a formal manager, where I achieved the highest employee engagement scores in the Health Care division. To increase productivity, designed standardized templates, tools, terminology, and transparency/governance of global initiatives for senior leadership, that are now being deployed globally
Program managed agile, accelerated  adaptation and development of over 12 product offers, from inception to launch, over the 6 months immediately following COVID pandemic initiation. Improved go to market time from 12-18 month average to 2-4 months using a process that was shared cross-segment and built into standard operating procedure. My work was recognized at the highest level of the organization with an internal leadership award.
Managed 4-person deployment team who surpassed implementation targets over 32% in one year.

Global Director, Marketing PMO

Sodexo's Culinary Solutions team is charged with the creation or refreshing of innovative and effective dining offers, for all five segments of North America business. Our team focuses on delivering designed plans vested in consumer insights and industry expertise.

• Manage integration of consumer insights into non-retail concepts offer development; socialize with team as core element of design process. Define and understand the key distinctions between Sodexo's retail and commercial platforms.
•	Manage integration of consumer insights into specialized offer development through defined consultative approach in over 14 projects in fewer than 2 years. 
•	Design, execute, publish and deliver research studies with strategic partners Prevention Partners and Practice Greenhealth, that will position Sodexo as a thought leader in sustainable dining practices and health and wellness. Publication in Greenhealth Magazine, October 2015.
•	Represent Sodexo by presenting research studies and business cases at multiple industry meetings to audiences ranging from interactive small groups to formal presentations with large audiences (see links below).

Director Consumer Insights

Health Care's strategic marketing team positioned Sodexo with business clients and end-user customers by bridging industry metrics, competitor analysis and operator engagement to deliver effective solutions for sales and retention efforts.

• Re-position customer loyalty surveys within the healthcare market through communications, resources, process improvements and reporting analysis; increased utilization by 250% in one year resulting in USA Health Care surveys representing 17% of Sodexo Global Consumer surveys, the third highest regional segment utilization in the World.
• Lead the health care market, including 35 regions, through the client loyalty survey transition to new client relationship management platform. Management included multi-level training, communications and engagement to drive client participation despite significant technical challenges and delays.

Director, Client & Consumer Insights

Sodexo's North America Loyalty team is tasked to design, develop, and implement the Client Loyalty Program for Sodexo North America, to improve contract retention and organic growth. 

• Systemize annual client survey outcast across five North American business markets to a central team to increase number of clients surveyed by 8% and number of clients who responded by 5%.
• Integrate vendor platform and company client relationship management database through design, pilot, refinement, implementation and user training, to increase process efficiencies that allowed three full-time employees to realign to different tasks.
• Implement client loyalty cultural initiative across Sodexo’s North American business, including change-management planning and targeted education sessions, to maintain and increase customer loyalty by 1% versus previous year.
• Utilize market research techniques to identify key accounts as at-risk or for cross-sale potential in order to maintain year-over-year retention.

Senior Project Manager

Retained one-hundred million dollar annual managed volume contract at eight year length, by partnering with clients, proposing and executing market research procedures to understand the needs and wants of key stakeholders, and design proposal strategy for retail brand implementation.

• Accelerated retail brand implementation across three districts, eight clients and thirty-three units, by more than twice previous launch rates by creating a brand strategy process that combines industry trends, client requests, consumer expectations, and operational priorities. 
• Increased year-over-year net promoter scores at twice the rate of other key indicators by initiating a process for strategic analysis of survey data, utilizing regression analysis, to prioritize operator’s focus on attributes with the highest impact on loyalty scores.

Senior Brand Manager

Self-initiated, this position introduced market research techniques, including factor analysis, regression (key driver) and conjoint analysis, in ongoing strategy design for Sodexo’s three-billion dollar Education Market, in order to improve customer experience, product design and contribution.
 	
• Revitalized a division-wide customer satisfaction survey process by partnering with the vendor, multi-leveled operators and support teams, in order to increase the amount of valid unit results from 24% to 60% in one year, versus previous average valid unit results of 45%.
• Increased financial returns by $2 million by designing and implementing vendor product selection process that included product, process and cost improvements and resulted in key feedback from end-users that improved product implementation. This is my proudest achievement for this phase of my career.
• Lead division-wide customer experience programs, including customer satisfaction and customer panels, in order to increase customer satisfaction scores by 4% year-over-year.

Marketing Specialist, Consumer Insight

• Developed relationships, both internal and external, through implementation of promotions and programs to enhance Sodexo’s partnership with client accounts.
• Managed marketing programs and initiatives for 6 college campuses in central and south Georgia in order to increase revenue at these accounts to over $25 million.

District Marketing Manager

• Implemented, tracked and analyzed simultaneous marketing strategies while adapting formulated programs to over ten unique and local campus environments to enhance perception of contract food services.
• Supported marketing initiatives at six college campuses that totaled over $25 million in sales to allow operation managers an easier execution of required programs.
