• I drove incremental revenue of $100K for Party City by utilizing insights from brand tracking and customer journey research to pinpoint opportunities for an AI-powered e-commerce chatbot, which resulted in a 74% increase in site engagement and a 7x improvement in conversion rates.
• Oversaw the development and implementation of a machine learning-driven linear programming to optimize $75MM media budget for Party City and Grammarly

Blue State Digital is at the forefront of integrating technology, media, and creative strategies to revolutionize client engagements and digital experiences in the social impact and non-profit space. As the product leader for our in-house data and analytics SaaS offering, I led collaboration between technology, media, strategy, creative, and sales teams.  I led discussions with internal and external stakeholders to develop tailored data and analytics solutions aligned with clients' business objectives.

I played a crucial role in aligning engineering efforts with our agency's strategic goals through the product roadmap, managing agile workflows and socializing delivery updates.

• Build and deliver BI SaaS platform ingesting 100+ GB of data, enabling cross-channel media optimization enriched by 1st party data capture and data integration
• I spearheaded testing and personalization programs that significantly enhanced engagement metrics, mentoring analysts in test and experiment design which led to a 34% increase in open rates and a 19% rise in email donation rates for Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF).

• I architected a modern data solution for 3.3 million ConEdison customers, delivering $6MM in cost savings and enhancing data retention by 83%, integrating customer data with Azure cloud for advanced business intelligence and predictive modeling.
• I revolutionized Pfizer’s campaign development by integrating machine learning through GCP, reducing deployment time from six weeks to two days and achieving a 23% increase in brand lift by integrating audience research with cloud data modeling.
• I drove a 36% increase in repeat purchases for Bose through lifecycle marketing analytics and message optimization.

Momentum Worldwide is an experiential marketing agency specializing in immersive brand experiences through physical and digital channels. I led the development of a regional practice for data science and analytics, overseeing a suite of services from performance measurement and analytics to audience modeling and application platform development in collaboration with the CTO and engineering teams.

I effectively communicated complex analytical insights to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders and senior executives, ensuring clarity and actionable outcomes. I also developed the sales and delivery approach for analytics solutions, carefully defining scope, pricing, and staffing to ensure project profitability and client satisfaction.

Accomplishments:
• I led the customer analytics for Verizon’s sponsorship program, achieving a 54% reduction in churn, and shifting engagement to focus on experiences with a demonstrated impact on loyalty.

Infusion (now part of Avanade) is a digital transformation agency focused on creating breakthrough experiences in multi-surface applications. My role was to develop and implement product analytics to enable customer insights, performance optimization, and feature development. 

I worked closely with sales and delivery, from new business to solution architects to project management, to develop proposals, pitch client work, and then transition projects to implementation.
