As Global Service & Growth Service Operations Manager at Huobi,I led the setup of the Global Shared Services Center to support the company’s expansion outside of China in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry. At Melco's Contact Center, I managed daily operations and delivered exceptional support across Melco's flagship properties in Macau, including luxury resorts, malls, and entertainment facilities. As part of the pre-opening team, I helped establish and scale the contact center operations. Over seven years, the team grew from double to triple digits, efficiently handling all calls, emails, and reservations. I focused on optimizing guest interactions, streamlining workflows, and upholding Forbes Travel Guide service standards.
