My Role and Responsibilities included as follows:
• Attending to customers queries through calls taken through aspect and one HSBC software. Performing the required maintenance on HUB and whirl screens as per the customer’s req.
• Queries attended were mainly related to credit cards.
• Promoting sales of the credit card related products like cash on EMI,
Balance Transfer etc.
• Being very vigilant about any fraud call and ensuring that no information is breached to the third party.

• Typing speed has appreciably increased.
• Was at the top in sales leads due to my exceptional communication skills.
