- providing support in identifying, documenting and sharing lessons learned for knowledge development and building the capacity of stakeholders
- applying innovative approaches and promoting good practices to support the implementation and delivery of concrete and sustainable programme results

- Coordination of the scientific research activities within scientific journals, scientific conferences, and projects implemented by the University
