I used to work in AI research since college, where I focused on understanding the math behind them, not just tuning parameters. That work led to a published paper in a Scopus-indexed journal, and a series of open-source projects on Github. Since then, I've shifted toward applying AI in real-world product contexts. I've led efforts to automate customer experience, not just through chatbots, but by integrating AI across tools and workflows. I also built an AI browser agent, which I see as an early step toward reshaping how online work gets done. Today, I'm working with enterprises to help them build and adopt AI on their business process.
