I’ve always been passionate about the human side of recruiting—building real relationships, understanding what motivates people, and guiding both candidates and hiring managers through what can be a life-changing process. Whether it’s sourcing a hard-to-find DevOps engineer or supporting a hiring manager in refining their strategy, I enjoy being part of every step.

Over the years, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the LATAM tech market, especially in Mexico, and I’m constantly exploring new ways to find and engage great talent.
