My most important task was to increase online sales and improve conversion rates. I was Head of Site Management where we worked arduously to increase our conversion rate and expand our customer base also called customer acquisition & retention. 

Telmore had Denmark's busiest web shop (according to FDIH (The Danish Distance Selling and E-business Association)) and had a huge number of transactions (20 per cent in 2009 of all Dankort (Danish debit card and national credit card) transactions to be exact). 

Telmore was Denmark's largest online telco company with more than 700,000 satisfied customers.

The first task was to organize the web and the web department, which I was head of. This meant a revitalisation of the website and develop­ment of the newsletters which had more that 2 mill. subscribers. The newsletter distribution and content were optimi­zed and turnover increased. A new CMS made it easy to work with website. Together, these initiatives increased the conversion rate.

At Ramboll I was responsible for the website and online communication. We introduced and developed a new corporate website. I helped choose the CMS system and graphic design. I was also a part of tenders when web competences were demanded.

The vast amount of content in Denmark's largest online guide to education and job was done in just 6 months. I played a crucial part in completing the portal which was a great success and is still being used by pupils, students, parents, teacher, advicers etc.
