As the Manager - Client Engagement at Strivector, I’m tasked with supporting all aspects of our business to help ensure we remain as efficient and cohesive as possible. I have responsibility for Go To Market and client success, and handle special projects related to the Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Aerospace/Aviation/ Airlines/Defence and Engineering industries.

My main objectives are:
• Acting as a key partner to the Executive Leadership Team.
• Executing consistent daily tasks and special projects related to the Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Aerospace/Aviation/ Airlines/Defence and Engineering industries.
• Overseeing all environmental matters, client management, hiring-related issues, and other office procedures.
• Assisting internal team members as well as candidates in need of additional services such as travel planning.
• Maintaining payment schedules, reconciling invoices and processing expenses.
• Effectively communicating with clients and hiring managers.
• Creating job descriptions and recruiting information guides.
• Updating our internal database and CRM.
