▶️ Who I Am I am a change management practitioner because this is a work of art that informs the future - a future that I co-create with the stakeholders who are affected. Additionally, I am an experienced instructional design lead with a background rooted in public education. FYI: I believe change management and project management roles are, by their nature, inter-related and inter-dependent. ▶️ How I Do What I Do Here are the main software tools that I've mastered. MS365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Visio, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Project Stracl – Change Management task automation and reporting Zoom, Webex, and Microsoft Teams – Video Conferencing Asana and Jira – Project Management software Articulate and Captivate – Instructional Design software Snagit and Camtasia – Screen Capture and Video Recording Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom – Image Management Recent additions: Quip, Slack, Mozaic, Miro, Google Docs ▶️ Why I Do What I Do I like to understand how things work and how they got that way. I believe other people have similar goals, although they might not ask as many questions as I do! So, communicating successfully is something that is an ongoing goal for me, and it relates directly to my Change Management work. ▶️ My Superpowers I speak multiple "languages" applicable to any client: Finance English, Logistics English, IT English, Manufacturing English, Procurement English, etc. The bottom line is that I am a generalist who understands what is being said, and I can ask intelligent follow-up questions to efficiently gather and summarize information so that meeting time is minimized and productivity is maximized. And I am a specialist in change management, so I believe this combination of general knowledge across all areas of business and special emphasis on change management knowledge and application are a solid basis for anyone who works as a change manager.
