Develop, plan, and execute the new hire onboarding experience in the field for new accounts, acquisitions, large scale events, and union specific hires while traveling onsite to carry out. Delegate appropriate onboarding activities as needed onsite to help improve the overall experience for new hires. Drive regular review, development and implementation of process changes and improvements to the onboarding procedures to fit various aspects of the business. Build and report on retrospectives after each onboarding experience in the field and continue to run process improvement cycles with business partners. Identify new opportunities for automation within onboarding aspects of HR processes and work with the Project Analyst to implement them. Evaluate and implement tools to help maintain data integrity in ICIMS. Develop new ways of reporting on the onboarding experience and build techniques to distribute and communicate progress. Able to work collaboratively with various business partners in the field and across the people organization. Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy with highly confidential data.
