🛑Stop blaming others for your situation.
✅Start taking action to change it.

🛑Stop relying on motivation.
✅Start leveraging discipline.

🛑Stop focusing on what you don’t have.
✅Start expressing gratitude for what you do have.

🛑Stop treating your body like sh*t.
✅Start treating it like a house you have to live in for the next 50 years.

✅That means preventative maintenance and upleveling.
➡️Stretching, mobility training, weight lifting, mindfulness.

✅Invest in a solid foundation daily. 
➡️Eat healthy foods, drink enough water, meditate, get outside.

✅Make the necessary repairs along the way.
➡️Get check-ups, see a doctor for injuries, incorporate regular rest and recovery.

What is Sound Healing, and how can it help you?🎶

Sound healing:
· Also known as sound therapy or vibrational medicine
· Is a practice that uses sound frequencies to promote:
- physical
- emotional
- and spiritual well-being

It involves using INSTRUMENTS, such as
· singing bowls
· gongs
· chimes
· drums
· and even the human voice

To produce specific SOUND frequencies and vibrations.

These sounds are believed to help restore the body's natural balance and harmony.

BENEFITS:
1. Stress Reduction: Sound healing can induce deep relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety. The calming sounds can slow down brainwave activity, promoting a meditative state.

2. Improved Sleep: The relaxing effects of sound healing can help improve sleep quality by calming the mind and reducing insomnia.

3. Pain Relief: Some studies suggest that sound therapy can help reduce chronic pain by promoting relaxation and reducing pain perception.

4. Enhanced Mental Clarity: The meditative state induced by sound healing can improve focus, concentration, and mental clarity.

5. Emotional Healing: Sound therapy can help release emotional blockages and promote emotional balance. The vibrations can help process and release negative emotions.

6. Improved Energy Flow: Sound healing is believed to help balance the body's energy centers, or chakras, promoting overall well-being.

7. Increased Vibration and Frequency: Practitioners believe that exposure to certain sound frequencies can raise the body's vibration, promoting physical and spiritual healing.

Wellness-washing, care-washing…no matter what it’s called, it’s not right. 👎


“Carewashing” is derived from whitewashing: covering up or putting a misleading spin on a failure to meet some commitment, stated claim, or standard. 😱

According to Harvard Business Review, post-pandemic, employees have experienced record-high stress and burnout and are increasingly attracted to organizations with cultures that support well-being at work. 👏

Well-being is here to stay so companies need to step up their game.💥

Can Spirituality Be a Key to Health?💫

Growing evidence links spiritual beliefs to positive health outcomes:
· Including lower rates of all-cause mortality
· Depression
· And substance use.

➜ Researchers say spirituality defined as:
· Having a sense of
- Meaning
- Purpose
- Connection to something larger than oneself

➜ Is a social determinant of health warranting clinical attention.
· But, just 7% of medical schools require coursework on the subject,
· And 46% of public health graduate students say spirituality’s impact is never mentioned.

Most people consider spiritual health important, but it's becoming harder to cultivate and declining with generations.
· Gen Zers are 3x more likely than Baby Boomers to struggle with spiritual health.
· Gen Zers with poor spiritual health are up to 4x less likely to have good mental health and 2x less likely to have good physical or social health.

- Self-reporting a lack of purpose and resilience
- Young people soothe worries with wellness
- And pay for social experiences in search of connection.

As holistic health and alternative medicine enter the mainstream, spirituality could resurge as a core element of well-being.💕

Post-Enlightenment, organized religion was understandably separated from health science.

Coming full circle, experts are beginning to suggest faith—whether from religion, nature, or human connection—could be as vital as food and fitness.🙏
