During my 8 years and 11 months at A Shade Greener (Boilers) LLP, I held multiple roles, including General Administrator, Direct Debit Administrator, and PA to the Manager following a promotion. My responsibilities spanned a variety of areas, including managing company emails and diaries, ensuring the accuracy of Advanced Notifications from the DDM system, processing reports for over 8,000 customers, and maintaining customer payment spreadsheets. I automated payment processes using PT-X, coordinated with solicitors via e-Conveyancer for land registry restrictions, and contributed to designing bespoke CRM software. I handled adjustments for over 500 customer Direct Debits each month, scheduled and managed boiler services, and cross-matched mandates against SAGE. Additionally, I managed arrears, processed settlement figures, validated Land Registry information, and facilitated the training of new administrators. My role involved both customer support and administrative precision, ensuring smooth operations across all areas of the business.

As a Business Administration Apprentice at BMBC Corporate Mailroom, I was responsible for processing incoming mail, excluding unsuitable items, and distributing documents securely. I sorted and franked outgoing mail, operated the Auto-mailer with guidance, and assisted with batching, scanning, indexing, and archiving. I also handled cheque processing and regularly updated internal systems, including Hyper Wave and the DIP System. My role required strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across all tasks, while balancing coursework deadlines with daily responsibilities. Additionally, I welcomed and assisted visitors, maintaining a professional and efficient environment.
