Account Executive

Headed up the UK Sales team; managed 3 reports 
Reported into CEO and Head of Operations, distilling down the numbers on a fortnightly basis
Built the Sales playbook and introduced weekly pipeline reviews, ongoing coaching and performance reviews
Built processes and infrastructure for a new product; enabling our AEs to test, track, share, iterate and repeat the process
Lead on market analysis; identifying trends, deep-diving into the numbers, tracking against data and making appropriate changes to targets and expectations
Closely collaborated with other areas of the business, including Marketing, Product and Clinical to further upskill and facilitate AEs success

B2B SaaS Sales; responsible for pipeline generation, qualification, demo, negotiation & closing

Selling into C-Suite, People and HR teams
Working through infosecurity with Legal and Ops teams, collaborating with Product and Engineering to build solutions for clients
Scoped out US expansion; responsible for outreach, building GTM, building processes & CRM (Hubspot) infrastructure

• Responsible for ideation, consultation and execution of video content for various TV, social and other digital platforms for clients including, Emeli Sande, Jaguar Land Rover, Heineken etc. 
• Personal videographer to Rita Ora, Ricky Wilson and Kaiser Chiefs, responsible for regular content creation, through filming and editing of weekly video diaries, capturing behind the scenes, covering appearances on TV, music events, video shoots and fashion shows.
• Understanding the tone, brand purpose and best means of communicating this whilst also ensuring greatest possible audience engagement.
• Adapting to and quickly understanding various production companies and in-house working practices for most effective production workflow.
• Researching and hiring of freelance filmmakers and crew whilst also providing expertise on digital trends and capabilities.
• Responsible for arranging crew schedules, production workflows and quality deliverables in a timely manner.
• Constantly building a roster of new clients and maintaining relations to seek new business.

Digital and Visual Consultant

Bayer

Responsible for managing all aspects of the delivery of an inspirational programme of visual communications, primarily across media such as film, digital, animation and apps. Consulting with brand manager's and marketing teams across Bayer's main business functions, in Pharmaceutical, Crop Science and Animal Health as well as collaborating with creative agencies to build briefs and execute the delivery of video, photo and design content. 

My remit spanned supporting on local town hall planning and execution, managing the delivery and maintenance of the digital signage, internet and intranet and other internal communication requirements.

During the short time I spent at the company, I transformed the digital and visual departments processes to increase productivity and drive a more efficient and effective set of practices. This enabled the team to focus its efforts on more external facing and business critical projects, which had significant cost saving implications for the company.  From an internal perspective, my work transforming the company's employee recognition system effectively doubled the interaction with its employees within the 12 months of my implementing it.
