Nperspective CFO & Strategic Services

Nperspective provides part-time CFOs to small and medium sized companies and non profits. Started in Central Florida and expanded to Tampa area, they had little business in South Florida when I started. I was able to position them differently and raise their profile. By the time I left, they had added three local CFOs and several clients, one of them a firm engaged in major growth due to Covid.

Headed Master's programs in Media and Communications and International Studies, launched February 2012, and destined to grow along with the need for media savvy professionals and experts in global relations in the UAE, the GCC, and the greater Middle East. Accredited both programs and developed them, supervised full and part time faculty, managed relations with university in Dubai and parent institution in Australia.

Left excellent job at ABC News to start my own PR company in the US and Poland. In new commercial market after decades of a command economy, need for PR was great as was need for educating consumers and business about PR. Clients included American Express, AIG, Cargill, Citibank, Dell, Eli Lilly, EMC, General Motors, Sheraton, Westinghouse among other big names. When I started in 1990 there were only a few PR companies in Poland, and none of the internationals. By the time I sold Alcat in 2003, Poland had become a more normal European market for PR and in general.

Managed people and coverage of news events in Eastern Europe from 1983-90 as Warsaw bureau chief and producer for ABC News. Earlier worked as news producer and writer in New York, Washington D.C., and London for Good Morning America. Returned for brief stint as GMA operations producer in August 2004 to find a very different company than I had left in 1990 - evidence of the profound change in delivery of news.
