Developing and managing scalable, elastic business operations and teams is what I do best as a technology leader. My background includes priming companies to quickly scale and achieve global growth. Most recently, I have brought my ability to lead business development and growth as the Head of Operations, Australia and New Zealand for Q2, successfully overseeing my team’s transition during Q2’s acquisition of PrecisionLender. . In 2017, I was brought in as PrecisionLender’s first employee in Australia,, responsible for defining and executing scalable strategy to set PrecisionLender up for success and future business growth. This required forecasting headcount and identifying roles to support an existing and future client base, developing strategic plans and developing a high-performing team. My ability to lead change has been a consistent narrative throughout my career. Along with my work at PrecisionLender, I have worked in various roles spanning Technical Operations, DevOps and Software Engineering. At Sandstone Technology, I led organisational change after identifying opportunities for growth in the IT infrastructure group. Additionally, I led a development team of 200 staff through a successful DevOps transformation. As the Head of DevOps for Digital Turbine, I managed a team of five cross-functional engineers to create a scalable global cloud infrastructure with 20+ systems across six regions globally. At Tigerspike, I closed a gap within software engineering team’s understanding of operations and hosting, successfully training the team and automating infrastructure provisioning and management. I am an empathetic leader passionate about upskilling teams and understanding and developing team members’ unique talents and contributions. My background has included building teams from scratch, scaling teams aligning with business growth and upskilling teams to improve performance and business productivity.
