Thanks for checking my profile My name is Adebayo, an African (from Nigeria) by birth but a global citizen by tech. I lead an education consulting firm (Eazy-Digi) in Nigeria that uses research, technology and networking to transform education in Africa, one school at a time. Eazy-Digi utilizes research and evidence-based models to help k-12 schools move from a traditional and exam-pull system to a more authentic and skill-based system which is future led by design, agile and capable of addressing the "Skills Gap" problem on the African continent. Eazy-Digi has a global network of education professionals for research support and professional development. As the Head Of Research and Chief Learning Designer at Eazy-Digi, I spend a lot of time studying the global industrial landscape and how it's evolving and linking it to k-12 Education to align it's purpose and activities per time with what the society and industries is asking for. This forms my engagement with school leaders and educators always. It's an agile adventure!!! I spend most of my time with school leaders and educators, training them to design authentic learning experiences with authentic learning outcomes. "Real learning for a real world" This also involves a design that broadly leverages technology to replace traditional learning and redirects the learning to be project-based, authentic, lifelong, mobile and agile (PALM-A) with the end product as either a Product, Service, Discovery or Solution. I tell educators, "If technology can do it, don't do it" As an education futurist and Chief learning designer at Eazy-Digi, I help schools and educators understand the realities of the fourth industrial revolution and how it influences their contents and learning experiences. Educators become learning designers, lesson plans become learning designs, context becomes content, skills become the subjects and learning outcomes take the shape of a product, service, discovery or solution. I spend my leisure time teaching kids online around the world to keep track of learners behaviour from a global perspective.
