As Test Manager at Pinnacle I was responsible for providing Quality Assurance and Quality Control for all software solutions ( commercial or otherwise) as well as 3rd party integrations. 

To this extent, I:
- created an automation framework modelled to our requirements using Java, Selenium, TestNG and Allure reporting plugin
- documented an industry-standard approach to testing in the form of a company-level Test Strategy as well as individual Test Plans for the various testing phases and transitions. 
- proposed and showcased an Agile-based SDLC as well as started the groundwork with Continuous Integration solution (Jenkins) that would include multi-tier execution and quality gates.
- Working with clients and Providers on integrations, I acted as liaison between external QA and stakeholders and was responsible for developing, delivering and maintaining Test Strategies, Test Plans, Testing results and other test deliverables and to organise and support in witness testing.

Daily tasks included static analysis of Statements of Work, developing User Acceptance Criteria and test cases matching said criteria as well as identifying automated candidates based on risk and clinical impact and performing code reviews. I would perform root cause analysis, chase log files and interrogate DB's so I could provide high quality and accurate feedback - in the shape of Issues. 
Working with Helpdesk, I would assist in translating and triaging customer feedback.  
I managed my own test environments using Docker and MySQL.

As Head of Quality Assurance, I worked closed with the Senior Management Team in order to ensure the continued improvement and growth of the Quality Assurance practice in terms of capability, recruitment, transparency, clarity and efficiency. 

My main responsibilities included: 

- providing leadership to the QA Practice, 

- providing clear definitions for Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes and best practices, ensuring monitoring and compliance, 

- improving practice methodologies by researching, designing and publishing and adapting, in the form of initiatives, new approaches that bring better, clearer results and increase versatility of Testing Services offered

Head Of Quality Assurance

As Senior Test Analyst I was solely responsible for designing, developing and implementing test strategies, test plans and test cases to validate software conformance to defined acceptance criteria, design documentation and applicable standards. 

I designed and executed manual and automated functional and non-functional(acceptance, security) test scripts, generated reports based on findings and prioritised faults based on risk-assessment. 

I worked closely with Business Analysts and Development teams to ensure that Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes were adhered to and helped set up these processes in order to achieve this for every client project. 

I created custom automation frameworks for each project to match requirements and scope using Java, Serenity framework and Junit. API testing was handled by a combination of SoapUI, PostMan and internal, Java-based tool.

Working as part of a specialised team (IT-OPS/Performance/Security), I was responsible with setting up security mechanisms, automated static code scanning and analysis and reporting on Products Under Test as well as performing manual Penetration Testing on development builds.

To achieve this I configured SonarCube and integrated Sonar Scanner with targeted projects to allow real-time monitoring of code quality and code quality metrics.

Reported status of detected technical debt to teams as well as detailed report of issues detected, based on Severity; 

Integrated OWASP Top 10 and CWE/SANS Top 25 into daily scans and configured default security gateways;
