If I had a nickel for every time someone asked, “𝘐𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘢 𝘤𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘥𝘦𝘥 𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘬𝘦𝘵?” when I mention I’m building an AI customer service platform… I’d probably have a tidy side income. 😅

Yes, customer service is a highly competitive space.
A bloody red ocean.

But here’s the reality: customer service is an 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁.
And demand for it is only growing.

The global customer service market was worth almost 𝗨𝗦𝗗 𝟰𝟰𝟵𝗕 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 and is projected to hit 𝗨𝗦𝗗 𝟴𝟬𝟬𝗕 𝗯𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟯𝟱. That’s not a trend. That’s proof of a problem that will never go away.

As long as businesses want to grow, they’ll attract more customers.
And with more customers, comes the unavoidable need for support.

As we continue to increase AeroChat's visibility in the market, there’s no shortage of embarrassing, facepalm situations. 😅 

Sometimes the chatbot just doesn’t have the answer because our knowledge base isn’t comprehensive enough. 

And yes, that leads to some pretty awkward moments.
