Andrei is a venture builder with experience in VC, investments, strategy, and corporate finance. He was previously the Country Head of Mama's Choice and was responsible for setting up their entire operations in the Philippines. His experience covers Philippine venture building, D2C e-commerce, valuation, modeling, M&A, market analysis, and CFO service consulting. He has broad industry experience covering retail, distribution, healthcare, infrastructure, FMCG, services, F&B, energy, and tech. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Economics from the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P). He finished high school at Philippine Science High School where he was the President of the Student Council in his senior year. He took graduate summer school courses on management at the WFI School of Management in Germany on scholarship and has also taken professional certificate courses on financial modeling, valuation, and credit analysis from the Corporate Finance Institute®. He also took postgraduate & executive education programs from the Asian Institute of Management (CFO Strategic Leadership Development Program & Postgraduate Certificate in Digital Marketing), the Ateneo de Manila University (Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Finance), and the Asia School of Business (Strategic Management Program). Andrei was previously a member of the Board of Trustees of the Philippine Science High School National Alumni Association where he served as Treasurer for the 20,000-member non-profit organization. He enjoys his time by cooking, reading, and occasionally performing as a DJ.
