In Microsoft's Customer Service and Support division, I skillfully navigated a dynamic role as both a communication manager and strategist across four business units. While working at the Microsoft on-campus Conference Center, I played a crucial role in assisting local show producers, sound, and video engineers during Microsoft productions. My duties entailed liaising with multiple teams, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and overseeing the flawless implementation of both technical and creative aspects of the productions. I handled talent coordination, prepared green rooms, and managed stage operations. My responsibilities also included operating soundboards and managing video teleconferencing.

Production Assistant

As the manager of MSAV, I handled the on-site audio-visual management of Microsoft's many campus conference rooms, overseeing over 120 rooms. My duties encompassed coordinating the setup and maintenance of audio-visual equipment, ensuring seamless operation during events, and supervising a team of 7 technicians. I managed a P&L for equipment and salaries, collaborated with event organizers to address specific requirements, provided technical support, and implemented best practices to enhance the overall audio-visual experience in the conference rooms.
