Throughout my 20-plus years of experience in global marketing, product positioning, and campaign management, I have consistently strived to revolutionize the way brands communicate with their customers. In my role as a Global Marketing Consultant at Ernst & Young (4/23-present), I am actively building campaigns that harnessed the power of the Seventh Level Engagement Framework and implement multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns. By aligning these campaigns with buyer and client issues, I will drive demand and measurable impacts for the EY Microsoft Alliance within the Global Financial Services sector. As a GTM Marketing Manager at Cisco (2/22-8/22), I applied the principles of the Seventh Level Engagement Framework to build comprehensive GTM plans for partners. Through cross-functional collaboration with corporate marketing, sales, and regional partner groups, I ensured the alignment of content and marketing assets. I also maintained compliance with global marketing and social media policies, and consistently engaged stakeholders to obtain feedback and approval of marketing assets. During my tenure as a Marketing Manager at Accenture (11/19-1/21), the Seventh Level Engagement Framework served as a guiding force for planning and implementing global targeted insight-driven, content-led marketing campaigns. By leveraging differentiated content, I raised the quality and consistency of programs, providing advice and guidance to marketers and business leads. As the VP of Marketing at Workers Credit Union (09/15-11/19), I directly oversaw the execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns, leveraging the principles of the Seventh Level Engagement Framework. By collaborating with division leaders, I developed strategies to achieve annual goals and enhance the Credit Union's brand. Notably, I spearheaded the launch of a new mobile-responsive website, focusing on SEO content and user experience, which significantly increased direct site visits year over year. Furthermore, I played a key role in launching the Worker Credit Union PlanIt™ financial learning center in collaboration with the SVP, Retail. I received my Master's Certificate in Project Management from Boston University and my undergraduate degree is in Business Administration / Marketing from Fitchburg State University.
