I'm an attorney, licensed in New York. I work in consumer defense and my work is writing intensive/ focused. I’ve consulted on high profile trials in a monitoring, writing, research capacity; I provide detailed legal analyses and help craft arguments and build cases. I’m strongly interested in legal fields relating to mental health and employment law on both sides. I advocate for ending the stigma around mental health disorders and challenges, especially in the legal industry, and I aim to work more with mental health professionally in my legal practice. My goal is to have more written publications, legal or otherwise, since I also enjoy creative writing. The creative writing I share on here is to spread awareness and the ideal colleagues I’d like to have will take no concern with my work there. My experience includes consumer defense, trial and litigation consulting (mostly pharmaceutical and medical malpractice), unemployment law, medical malpractice law, family law, litigation, legal claim administration, eDiscovery, eDiscovery translation (French), financial systems work (including employee onboarding and off-boarding, payroll, and ad hoc reporting), and employee peer counseling for challenging work scenarios.
