I'm an attorney, licensed in New York. I consult on high profile trials in a monitoring, writing, research capacity; I provide detailed legal analyses and help craft arguments and build cases. I’m strongly interested in legal fields relating to mental health and employment law on both sides. I advocate for ending the stigma around mental health disorders and challenges, especially in the legal industry, and I aim to work more with mental health professionally in my legal practice. I strive to use my experience, extensive mental health research, AND law license to help other attorneys, through peer support, with mental health challenges or illness to have successful careers IN LAW, not just by leaving law because they “didn’t fit in.” I envision a department providing safe representation for employees. My major goal is helping underemployed individuals improve their situations and thrive in their careers. I am a certified mental health first aider. I also serve as a member of the New York City Bar Association Mental Health Law committee. I hope to publish books about mental health in the legal field and about some of the cases I’ve been working on. The creative writing I share on here is to spread awareness and the ideal colleagues I’d like to have will take no concern with my work there. My experience includes trial and litigation consulting (mostly pharmaceutical and medical malpractice), unemployment law, medical malpractice law, family law, litigation, legal claim administration, eDiscovery, eDiscovery translation (French), financial systems work (including employee onboarding and off-boarding, payroll, and ad hoc reporting), and employee peer counseling for challenging work scenarios.
