- Gather bank deposit information and all necessary correspondence. 
- Manually post insurance and patient payments to the proper accounts. 
- Post claim charges to file to insurance. 
- Review accounts for posting accuracy and patient credits. 
- Receive inbound patient phone calls. 
- Bank reconciliation.

Payment Posting Specialist

- Review patient insurance benefits and eligibility prior to appointments. 
- Review medical necessity to ensure procedures would be reimbursed. 
- Completed insurance prior authorizations prior to appointments. 
- Submit claims appeals and reconsiderations as needed.
