Alyssa Olerud's Linkedin Analytics

I started my career working in Sales for a Minor League Baseball team but as life changed, I ended up working for a family-owned dental distributor on the Sales Training team. I worked full-time for Benco Dental for almost seven years and have now moved into a consulting role in order to prioritize my social media management company: Fearlyss Media. While with Benco, I designed a "Work From Home" program which taught our sales team how they could call on customers virtually. The program focused on social media and email marketing training. The live program was successful to the point that I ran a second cohort and built an evergreen, self-paced training. This project, combined with my years of building a personal brand online, showed me that my true passion is with digital marketing. In April of 2023, I launched Fearlyss Media which prioritizes simplifying the social media landscape for business and brand owners. Through FM, I offer a variety of services which allows me to bring my creative side out to play regularly! I have the mindset of "feel the fear and do it anyway" and enjoy working with likeminded people. Outside of my professional life, you'll find me enjoying time with my family. I have a one-year-old and a three-year-old so every day is an adventure!
