Regional Sales Director

•	Manage 5 Inside Sales Managers responsible for a total of 44 Inside Sales Representative
•	Responsible for average monthly billed revenue quota of $800K 
•	Supervise, direct and coach a team of Sales Managers including establishing performance goals (operational metrics and sales expectations via Sales Plans), completing performance reviews, implementing improvement plans, and supporting team and individual employee development.
•	Mentor, coach, and train new Sales Managers on responsibilities and expectations of the role.
•	Provide strategies for product performance improvement, taking into consideration competition, media conversion, and other targeted campaigns to increase results. 
•	Develop and implement customer engagement strategies based on sales trends and customer feedback.
•	Responsible for analyzing market, industry, and account trends to develop and implement market and sales strategies leading to increased team and market performance.

Senior Sales Manager

•	Manage all aspects of digital recruitment for ten markets 
•	Supervise, direct and coach the highest producing individuals, Key Sales Executives; whose average book is $1.5 million dollars while maintaining a personal quota
•	Travel to local market to help Key Sales Executives close new business, upsell existing business, and increase contract renewals
•	Provide ongoing training monthly as well as quarterly on trends in the local markets, current recruitment landscape, and new products 
•	Identify team member performance gaps as well as overall department performance gaps. Meet regularly with leadership team to provide feedback on patterns and trends observed during call monitoring and provide recommendations for ongoing training opportunities.
•	Serve as a Market Liaison/Expert for twenty-six markets across the country, specializing in South and West Markets 
•	Total revenue responsible for in 2015 was $6 million 
•	Total revenue responsible for in 2016 was over $8 million 
•	Total revenue responsible for in 2017 is 9 million

Key Account Sales Manager

•	Manage all aspects of the Recruitment Department for five markets
•	Supervise, direct and coach a team of reps including establishing performance goals providing performance reviews, and supporting team and individual employee development.
•	Partner with Leadership Team to actively promote and motivate individuals and the team toward achievement of sales goals.
•	Facilitate positive employee relations by fostering an environment of open communication, approachability, and fair and consistent treatment of employees.
•	Identify team member performance gaps as well as overall department performance gaps. Meet regularly with leadership team to provide feedback on patterns and trends observed during call monitoring and provide recommendations for ongoing training opportunities.
•	Serve as a Market Liaison/Expert (Nashville, Greenville, Asheville, Baxter, and Springfield) and DESC team members regarding pricing, packages, systems, marketing information, processes, etc.
•	Total revenue achieved in the above markets in 2014 is $4.275 million

•	Conduct face to face and over the phone appointments to close annual employment solutions
•	Total revenue achieved between 2011-2012 was $1.2 million 
•	Consistently exceeded my sales goal every month of 2012 
•	Partnered with companies to develop long term recruitment strategies
•	Work very closely with C Level Management to exceed expectations 
•	Developed and maintained product knowledge to become an expert for my customers
