I'm incredibly proud to be leading Thread HR and supporting a wonderful range of clients in an exciting range of industries. Having worked for years as an operator on top of taking degree-level and above qualifications in Marketing, Operations and finally my CIPD Level 7, my heart is so happy now that I am working in the People function! ​ My background in operations means that I possess a deep understanding of running businesses and effectively managing teams. Moreover, as a founder myself I genuinely understand and empathise with the challenges associated with building and overseeing your own business. Bringing together this knowledge of operations, business and people gives us a unique perspective and allows us to fully support you and your company as pragmatic people partners.
