A mother, wife, dog mom, terrible gardener, and people-obsessed sales leader all wrapped in one energetic and passionate package! Not one to follow a traditional path, I worked in Administration for many years while I focused on raising my family. Now I find myself in hyper-growth mode, living my best life diving into tech sales and pushing myself to continuously learn and be a source of encouragement to my team of BDRs. I am an empathetic, data-driven leader that likes to focus on coaching and enablement to ensure SDRs are building skills to drive them towards success in their career. My true passion is unlocking the mystery around outbound prospecting. Building high-performing SDR functions with a focus on collaborating across the whole org, particularly with Sales and Marketing. Mentoring individuals looking to get into tech sales and also those looking to make a career transition, similar to mine, is a side project I enjoy lending time to. Being a busy mom of two kids on the spectrum has taught me endless patience and boundless optimism for what's possible with hard work and effort. Seeing my children dig in, work hard, and thrive is what drives me. If they can work for six years to learn to speak, surely I can learn to sell software! When I'm not working, you'll find me on the soccer pitch with my two sons! Either playing or watching! I am also a health and fitness enthusiast, you can find me sweating on my peloton or trying to get my kids to eat more than chicken nuggets and fries (those with kids on the spectrum know my pain).
