• Tracked all expenses, invoices and P.O.s for each project to ensure budgets were upheld and accounting processes were followed
• Coordinated travel arrangements for client site-visits and created detailed manifests for 12-250 guests traveling for meetings and events

• Sourced new vendor products and samples to keep up with the latest inventory, negotiate competitive pricing standards and encourage growth of professional relationships 
• Drafted 2-5 creative proposals per week compiling the latest trends with inspirational ideas to attract new clients
