Facilitate one-on-one health coaching to support coachee through making sustainable lifestyle changes to improve mindset, prioritize self care, and improve overall health and wellness.
Coach using different methods and knowledge: Transtheoretical Model of Change, Motivational Interviewing, Appreciative Inquiry, Positive Psychology, and empathy to provide the most fitting type of support the coachee needs at that time.
Support coachee through their wellness journey in person as well as via text, email and  digital platforms.
Provide guidance through goal setting and follow up for maintained focus on overall wellness vision.
Facilitate health discussions to assist in filling any knowledge gaps.
Provide tools and resources applicable to each particular client's needs. 
Lead small group sessions focused on emotional wellness and stress management providing tools, resources and a safe and supportive environment for growth.

Owner, Health And Wellness Coach

●	Acting as the interface between the customer and the managed services team.
●	Facilitate meetings between customers, engineers, and sales teams. 
●	Act as project manager during customer onboarding process. 
●	Perform quarterly business updates to review metrics and address issues or areas of concern.

Client Success Manager

●	Work with compliance to ensure that all necessary paperwork and signatures are properly completed. 
●	Lead marketing campaigns and manage social media.
●	Coordinate client events including tracking the budget, purchasing any supplies necessary, finding and coordinating with vendors and party set up/break down. 
●	Track the production (volume, units and goals) for the team as well as for each individual member of the team.  
●	Manage relationships with the teams preferred vendors. 
●	Create and maintain standard operating procedures for the administrative staff.
●	Maintain The Shaffer Group’s domain, email accounts, website and other emerging technology.

Director of Operations

Presidio

●	Manage customer accounts (private and government) throughout New Mexico and El Paso. 
●	Effectively manage communication and relationships between the Presidio delivery center, account management team, sales overlay team, project management teams and vendors. 
●	Deliver quarterly business reviews remotely and in person and attend onsite meetings to provide support for the sales and engineering teams. 
●	Review client service level agreements as well as contracted scope commitments, escalating when needed.
●	Ensure all client records and required documentation are complete and accurate.

Service Delivery Manager

●	Work alongside the sales and service delivery teams to verify customers are receiving the most up-to-date and best fitting service catalog offerings. 
●	Support nationwide managed services sales team by building proposals with applicable services based off of bill of materials to meet the customer’s needs.  
●	Maintain customer relationships and renew customers at term of contract.
●	Work with vendors to create white labeled solutions to meet the needs of customers

Inside Sales Representative

INX (Aquired by Presidio) 

●	Monitor customer networks; verify validity of alerts; notify customers of network and device outages or changes in network.
●	Complete troubleshooting on customer incidents and make changes requested in their network or collaboration environment.
●	Main point of contact for managed services service delivery and inside sales support.
