Hello 👋 My name is Amanda and a social media manger running my own small business By Benavente LLC., with a BA in Business of Creative Enterprises and a minor in Entrepreneurial Studies from Emerson College. After I graduated I started my own social media marketing agency in March of 2020. As a filed LLC in Florida, I have been growing my company's brand and clientele for the past few years. A few successful benchmarks that I have reached so far within my company is maintaining a growing list of 7+ clients as of March 2022, creating viral content for my clients that reach anywhere from 20k to 2 million views! I have increased the engagement rates of many of my clients 200%+. I have planned 4 successful business events hosting 40-100 people, and helped raised 30k in fundraising money for a client ☺️! I have accomplished this and more in a short amount of time, and I am so proud of the benchmarks I have reached so far. My backstory: Since my freshman year of college, I have been honored on the Emerson College Deans list, with a graduating GPA of 3.97. At Emerson, I was a 2019 finalist for the School of Communication Awards for "Athlete of the Year" and "Academic Excellence." During my entrepreneurial venture for the E3 minor program, I was awarded the Entrepreneurial Spirit Award, which was voted by my cohort to the most inspiring, helpful, resourceful, and passionate entrepreneurial-minded classmate. In this program I created a women's athletic lifestyle brand called Fuerte Sports where I developed the business plan, branding, mission statement and more. I ended my time at Emerson College with the honorary Purple Key Leadership Award, awarded to only 47 students for leadership & spirit at Emerson, along with a Magna Cum Laude Diploma to close my time in college. In addition to my achievements in academics, I was a 3 year captain for Emerson College Women's Soccer team (as well as their social media manager), while being an All-Conference First team and Second team player during my Sophomore and Junior year seasons. In addition to my collegiate career, I have a resume full of experience in the marketing/business industries working for companies from Florida to Boston, such as: Marketing for Anna Zuckerman Jewelry, Be Design Associates, Public Figure Bobbito Garcia, Full Court 21, M19s Band, Emerson College Women's Soccer Social Accounts, and Tribal Vision Marketing Agency. My well rounded career makes me excel in the marketing industry, and I am eager to use my skills, creativity, and passion to grow my own company- By Benavente, LLC.!
