I guided clients through the entire process with care and professionalism, from the initial inquiry and session planning to photo delivery and follow-up. I managed all communications, designed the website, handled scheduling, and ensured every client felt seen and valued. As a professional shopper, I operated in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where a single bad rating could cost you future work. I learned to over-communicate when needed, anticipate concerns before they escalated, and manage expectations with empathy and precision. It wasn’t just about getting groceries—it was about delivering trust and reliability to people who genuinely needed help. That job taught me more about real-world customer service than any textbook ever could. More recently, my natural curiosity led me to explore data. I’ve completed 43 courses through DataCamp in data literacy, storytelling, visualization, Excel, and foundational data science. I love how data helps explain behavior, drive smarter decisions, and improve experiences—especially in customer-facing environments.
