Amanda Jacobson is an Area Manager at AlphaBEST Education, Inc., a leading provider of before/after-school and summer programs for children in grades PreK-5. She manages the budget, operations, and staff of nine school sites in Kentucky, serving 300-400 students. She has achieved enrollment capacity for Summer 2023, increasing enrollment from 30 to 85 students YoY for Alphabest Summer Excursions camp. She has also won two company-wide awards for demonstrating Alphabest core values and excellence in leadership and team management. Amanda is also the Managing Director at Jacobson Services LLC, a locally owned pest control business in the Cincinnati & Dayton, Ohio, metropolitan area. She has built a profitable, thriving startup from the ground up with zero outside investment or debt. She has developed a growth strategy that has led to revenue and profit growth every year since 2020. Amanda also launched a successful paid internship program to give one university student college credit and hands-on experience in their major while learning a skilled trade.
