•Fulfilling the hiring needs of different departments of the company both IT & Non-IT
•Sourcing candidates from different channels i.e. job portals, LinkedIn, Employee Referrals, Internal databases, etc.
•Screening resumes, Taking Preliminary Interview to assess candidates on various criteria as per the job.
•Scheduling and Coordinating Interviews with shortlisted candidates.
•Taking Interview feedback of candidates from the line managers.
•Follow up with the selected candidates till their joining/on boarding.
•Ensuring awareness of company policies to the Employees
•Maintaining Employee database and personal files of Employees.
•Performing joining as well as exiting formalities of employees
•Maintaining and Reviewing Monthly Attendance of the employees
•Ensuring proper documentation of employees for registration under EPF and ESI
•Co-ordination with Accounts Department and all other Departments
•Co-Ordinating the process of Performance Appraisal.
•Rolling Out Letters like joining Letters, Appreciation Letters, Warning Letters, Experience Letters. 
•Ensuring joining formalities of new joiners, helping the employees to get integrated in the system properly.
•Explaining employees about all the benefits being provided by the company like ESI , EPF and reimbursements.
•Handling administrative activities like arranging I-Card, Visiting Card, Login ID etc.
•Timely payment of all office bills i.e. Electricity, Water, Office Rent, Mobile Bills, Internet Bills, and Software Subscription etc.
•Ensuring Timely payment clearance of all Vendors.
•Maintaining Petty Expenses and weekly submission of cash report to Director and Accounts Department.
•Submission of  Inputs for Salary to Director and after verifying to the Accounts Department.
•Ensuring Registration of New Joinee’s Under EPF and ESI.
•Providing Salary Slips to the Employees through Mail.
•Handling Grievances regarding payroll at initial level
