• Implemented company rebranding initiatives by preparing Client Pitch Decks according to Corporate Design Guidelines
• Engaged in content and thought leadership by utilizing Google alerts to monitor industry news
• Developed instructional materials, such as how-to guides, to assist HIEC employees in effectively utilizing tools like Templafy and Forward Pitch
• Working with CMS systems such as SharePoint, and keeping employee database up to date 
• Aligned with Research, and Content calendars to develop an E-Mail Marketing schedule

The UK's under-funded, over-stretched system has pushed more social care professionals to leave than to stay; with ever-growing vacancies and Covid-19 adding to the pressure. We’re here to make social care outstanding, through innovation and technology.

Experience and successes: 

•  I worked very closely with elderly people and catered my approaches to their individual needs
•  Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic were demonstrated by empathising with patients and dealing with pressure
•  Acted as a face of compassion and care, carefully administering medication, and assisting with clinical duties

Healthcare Assistant

Merit Homecare

Merit Homecare is a family run care provider established in 1996, operating in Newcastle and Northumberland in the North East. Our organisation consists of 4 Branches, working with local authorities and private clients to deliver care services suited to the needs of each individual we work with.

Within our service we work with individuals and their families with the aim of providing the highest level of care to the individual to support them in every day life. We enable and encourage them to continue living independently in their own home, or in a home from home environment.

Experience and successes include:

• Provided attentive, efficient home care to over 10 patients in a 12-hour timeframe
• Observed safety and hygiene regulations with meticulous attention
• Offered compassionate physical and emotional support through nursing duties, enhancing overall patient health and wellbeing

• Worked with a number of talented individuals to design a Bank of The Future, with exploration on the influence of Technology and Artificial Intelligence
• Evaluated Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), based upon predicted client needs and sustainable investing
• Demonstrated great dedication towards achieving good outcomes and utilising resources effectively

Summer Finance Intern

We also lead volunteer service activities for employees in local communities by utilizing our many resources, including those that stem from access to capital, economies of scale, global reach and expertise.

Experience and successes include:

• Created and presented an analysis on the market competition of five large service companies and obtained excellent feedback
• Worked on numerous Strategic Competitive Analysis' and evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of competitors
• Examined case studies of international companies, including Spotify and Boohoo, and explored the implementation of their marketing and management strategies

UK Civil Service

The Civil Service is politically impartial and independent of government and work in central government departments, agencies, and non-departmental government bodies (NDPBs). We’re co-ordinated and managed by the Prime Minister, in his role as Minister for the Civil Service.
