My role is to manage front, middle and back office operations for the business in the UK and Europe, developing and delivering strategy for growth, as well as implementing process and ensuring the day to day running of the business. We cover a variety of markets and skills, with the office containing consultants who have extensive recruitment experience coupled with trainee’s, consultants and senior consultants. I manage the P&L and have responsibility for setting and delivering targets. One of the key responsibilities is to grow the number of consultants while ensuring we continue to expand our client portfolio and service our existing clients and candidates to the very highest level.
