When I'm not watching an (almost) embarrassing amount of reality TV, reading, or chilling with my beagle, I'm running social for UserGems and trying to figure out how the f@*k the algorithm works. 

I don't think there's a secret sauce for creating good organic content, but these are the foundations I follow:

🌠 B2B organic marketing can be a lot of things, but boring isn't one of them. 

🌠 It takes a village to make good content. 

🌠 Reduce, reuse, recycle, & repeat. 

And, finally...

🌠 Content without personality is worse than no content at all.
