As an Educational Consultant at Oneness-Family School, I have over 13 years of experience in creating engaging and inclusive learning environments for learners of diverse backgrounds and needs. I design and implement eLearning experiences and online modules that incorporate multiple learning preferences and accommodate varying needs. I also develop and lead professional development sessions for colleagues on how to use educational technology tools effectively and efficiently. In addition to my eLearning expertise, I also have a strong background in curriculum and instruction, leadership and strategic decision making, and experiential learning. I have successfully led the IB accreditation and review processes, managed the IB MYP budget, and set and monitored goals to improve IB student retention rates and exam results. I am passionate and forward-thinking, with a commitment to identifying problems and risks, and making sound decisions that align with the organization's values and mission. I am also a lifelong learner, who loves to read, teach about Native and Indigenous History and Literature, and enjoy nature, puzzles, and farming in my free time.
