I'm Amber Gray – author of Firing Yourself, writer, speaker, and founder. After almost a decade building and leading a virtual assistant agency I loved, I began to sense it was time for a new chapter. While burnout played a role in that realization, the decision to exit wasn’t abrupt – it was part of a long-term vision I had held for years. I spent over a year thoughtfully preparing the business for transition and ultimately found the right buyer to carry it forward. I continue to support and cheer on the team and leadership as they grow what I started. Now I help high-achievers hustle less, create more, and focus on what truly matters. Through writing, teaching, and thoughtfully crafted tools, I support business owners, freelancers, artists, and those who’ve lost their way to reclaim their rhythm and reconnect with meaningful impact.
