The study of human behavior has always intrigued me. My passion for understanding the human psyche led me to pursue my master's in Industrial Psychology. Soon after completing my studies, I joined Unilever (The biggest multinational) as Consumer Insight Manager. I got the opportunity to utilize my knowledge of psychology and learn and practice the latest research techniques. At Unilever, I was responsible for Consumer Connect with highly creative ways to generate insights for the business. Under my leadership, Consumer Interface Cell achieved the highest ever Consumer Connects, i.e., 2200+ for over ten brands, and delivered over 15 insights, bringing 5% growth to the business. This achievement was recognized, and I was nominated for the Global best practice magazine of Unilever. I started a freelance consultancy in 2012. I conducted several research projects for different clients from across the globe. I am working on a project basis with Euromonitor since 2015. I have conducted several research projects for Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Pakistan. My passion for spreading knowledge of psychology drove me to write articles for one of the most prestigious newspapers in Pakistan, "The Dawn." Several of my articles on psychology-related topics got published. I am a monthly columnist, with the Pen name of "Psychology Talks" at one of the most prestigious communities at Pathways Jeddah Community. I have conducted several workshops for women on parenting and creative storytelling session for kids.
